We deliver to supported locations across Pakistan. Customers must provide a complete address and a reachable phone number so the courier can complete delivery.
Order processing
Orders are reviewed after submission. Online bank and Easypaisa orders are dispatched after transaction verification. Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation by phone or WhatsApp.
Delivery timeline
Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days after confirmation. Remote locations, public holidays, weather, courier disruptions or incomplete addresses may require additional time.
Delivery charges
Free nationwide delivery is available until 30 September 2026 and is applied automatically at checkout. After the promotional period, any delivery charge will be displayed before the order is placed.
Tracking and delivery attempts
Where tracking is available, details may be shared by our team or the courier. If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, re-delivery charges may apply.
